Our Shipping and Delivery
Welcome to our online shop. By visiting or shopping on our website, you agree to the following shipping and delivery conditions.
Delivery Via Courier
Lamae Collection aims to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within one working day of receiving the order. However, please note that orders may not always be dispatched on the same day as the order was placed.
Delivery times may vary between 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Any delivery to extremely remote areas may incur an additional delivery charge.
Lamae Collection uses Fastway to deliver orders, and you can track your order on their website. Shipping for orders under R400 will be charged at R50 per shipment. However, orders over R400 qualify for free shipping.
In-Store Collections
If you would like to collect your order from one of our stores, you can do so at our Hartenbos store location: Cnr Boekenhout and Louis Fourie rd, OK minimarket centre, Hartenbos 6520 – corner shop inside Ansoné van Zyl Artistry.
In-store collections are free of charge. Your order will take approximately 1-3 working days after processing to arrive at the store. We will send you an email/whatsapp notification to inform you once your order is ready for collection.
Shipping During Black Friday
Shipping during Black Friday may take longer than normal due to high volumes. Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.
