Our Return Policy
For reasons of maintaining hygiene, we can only accept returns of items that have not been opened, used or tampered with. The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact and unbroken, including any cellophane wrapping. You can return the item within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
– We kindly ask that you do not remove any price stickers or labels from the products.
– You may return any personal care product, for any reason, which does not meet your expectations. However, please note that Lamae Collection cannot accept responsibility for any product that fails to meet your expectations, regardless of when it was purchased. Instead, the supplier has agreed to facilitate the accurate replacement of any such product, or refund.
– Please take note that items that were purchased on sale or discounted prices are not eligible for returns.
– For hygiene reasons, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on brushes, unless they are defective.
– You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us and signed for. Please note that a handling fee of 15% will be applied to all returned goods.
